When I feel sad, angry, or frustrated I try to let it all out to prevent it from building up.
Some things that I do to let it all out:
1) listen to music: Music helps best when it relates to what you’re feeling, you are not the only one going through hard times.
2) watch a sad movie: I like to watch sad movies when I’m stressed, I tend to keep things to myself and let my emotions build up. I found that watching a sad movie once in a while and getting a good cry helps me have less unwanted break downs when I’m stressed.
3) Count your blessings: This is my go to. When the first two options don’t work out I count my blessings. This helps you see the better things in life and reminds you that you’re blessed and that the hard times will pass.
